CHRIS & DEBBIE MAXWELL
SENIOR PASTOR
Pastor Chris served 19 years as Lead Pastor in Orlando, Florida, after serving 5 years in Youth Ministry. He has served as Campus Pastor and Director of Spiritual Life at Emmanuel University since 2006. He took the role as Lead Pastor of Goldmine Church in the Fall of 2020. He also speaks in churches, conventions, and schools, and is the co-host of Next Step Leadership podcast. Chris has been the editor or collaborative writer of over fifty books and is the author of twelve. Chris also speaks as an Epilepsy Advocate for UCB Pharma, writes with the Evangelical Press Association, works with the leadership council of LifePoint Conference, and serves as consultant with Encephalitis 411. Chris and his wife Debbie have three married sons and ten grandchildren.
JASON & MARCIA MCCARY
Executive Pastor & Financial Overseer
Jason and Marcia McCary were high school sweethearts who married in 1995 and have two adult children, Reagan (2002) and Gabriel (2005). The McCary's have been involved in various pastoral ministry roles for more than 30 years. Jason served in youth ministry for a number of years before serving as campus pastor at Southwestern Christian University in Oklahoma City in the early 2000's. In 2003 Jason and Marcia moved back to their hometown of Greenwood, SC to lead REALife Church as Senior Pastors from 2003-2016. Jason also served as Discipleship Ministries Director (2015-2019) and School of Ministry Director (2011-2019) for Spirit Life Conference (IPHC). In the Fall of 2019, Jason began teaching full-time at Emmanuel University in Franklin Springs, Georgia, and is presently the Dean of Emmanuel University's School of Ministry. Jason and Marcia began attending Goldmine Church late Fall of 2020 and currently serve together in the Executive Pastor role at Goldmine Church.

JOSHUA & REAGAN WALL
Young Adult/Associate Pastor & Children's Pastor
Joshua and Reagan Wall are Emmanuel University alumni and married in May of 2025. Joshua graduated with a degree in Diversified Agriculture with a concentration in Agricultural Missions. Reagan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Reagan has been attending Goldmine since the fall of 2021 and took the role as children's pastor in October of 2021. Joshua began attending Goldmine in 2022 and took the role of young adult/associate pastor in June of 2025.
